... As we took off from the lake, we got to the end of the lake and saw this fantastic waterfall which drained out of the lake to the valley below. Then it was back to base and back on the bus for the short ride back to the ship. Today, it was a short shore excursion as the long trip to Victoria needs to commence. The scenery along the shore was pretty spectacular too- moutains - but not snow covered this far south - green and beautiful and rocks and eagles- wonderful. there was only one activity - the walk for the cause - a cancer walk to raise money for cancer research.
