Monday: Caught the plague

Wednesday: I need to get out of my jail cell of a room! Bought some sandwiches and enjoyed the sun in the park and we went to my new favorite hang-out spot, the Franciscan Wells micro-Brewery. They make their own local brews in the back of the beer garden which provides the perfect ambiance for some tasty stout and killer tunes.

... a deep pan or pot, bring to a boil, add mussels (that have been cleaned), and steam until mussels open up. Remove mussels from pot allow sauce to reduce some, and add pesto. Don't forget about your pasta cooking, drain it once its done while mussels finish. Then add mussels back to pot stir around for a minute, and pour sauce and mussels over noodles. Serve with some nice warm fresh bread, and a glass of white wine! :)

8.30am Revelie. Simple breakfast in hostel. Milk caused some problems later but thats another story.

Took a bus to Blarney. Had very helpful directions and guidance from the Blarney tourist office. Splendid lady.

Once we arrived at our train stop we searched for any signs of a near-by castle… if it were not for the help of a passing local we would still be searching.
