So unlike many people who decide to do a round the world trip, and who spend weeks and even months planning their trip out in advance in some detail. I only finally sat down and decided where I was actually going to go about 10 days ago. I called the agent gave him my dates and bought a ticket, only one week before my scheduled departure. We saw various bronze monuments/statues. One depicting the family pioneers trecking with a handcart as they couldn't afford ox/mule/horse drawn wagons. Another depicting the seagull which followed the early farmers tilling the land - so what has changed? We get flocks of seagulls following the tractor & plough in the UK - makes you wonder why they are web footed ...

... 8217;s toilets had a line too ! It was chaos and held us up slightly but we pressed on towards Bear Lake where many people used to have their summer holiday homes.

      Onwards to Bear Lake …

We continued on after a half hour morning tea break. By now we were in Idaho and shortly after we entered the Carribou National Forest. We drove through a town called Montpelier which has a connection to Butch Cassidy where he and his gang robbed ...
