... of the team and their retirement wishes. I also received a gift from my colleagues in India. I love the elephants. Thanks to everyone who made my retirement really memorable for me and my wife.

Before we start our travels in the RV, we have to find a new home for our Toyota Prius. We asked both Lisa and Zack if they wanted the vehicle. Zack is a Jeep man - he didn't want anything to do with the Prius. So Lisa wins and gets ...

      Waiting for our flight

A travel blog entry by eastallie on Dec 19, 2014

Johnnie and I arrived at the airport and said our goodbyes to family. We made it through check in and security in record time and have lots of time to spare. Such is our fate that the rare periods when we are most inclined to actually document our lives coincide so beautifully with our childrens' developmental disfigurement. ... But there is such a thing as New Overload. It's not pretty. So in order to short circuit things before they hit that point, we had a whole day of quiet time at Uncle Rob's house. Naps were taken. TV shows were watched. Books read. Photos edited. iPad deployed. And music was listened to. Actively. Often.
