      ... my iPhone was working even though my service wasn't activated so I stopped fairly often to ensure I was going the right way. I did have to backtrack a few times but nothing major. At one point I was on the side of the freeway in the rain (still) battling traffic and splashes of mud in my face.       ... the wind picked up, and by the time the food had arrived the downpour started. We ran for cover with our food!
