... the Aussies came 4th, 10th, 15th, 17th, 20th,21st and 27th. We did really well and everyone is happy. The last trophy given out was for the most places moved up the ladder and they called out 9698 Liam Robinson and Nathan Field. When they called this out Liam and I looked at each other, we weren't expecting this so it was a great surprise. It is a perpetual trophy so we will bring it home and then will have to ...

... ride back to the unit. We relaxed then got changed into our Aussie team shirts and got back to the club. Daryl even had time for a swim - yes a swim, in the North Sea! it is not as cold as was predicted. The kids were having a debrief under a tree so I was able to hand over Liam's team shirt before he went for his shower. The wind was lighter today and they had some very difficult tide patterns to cope with. Hopefully, next ...

... cup of tea so by the time everyone was up and we could go to breakfast, I was more than ready! I took my soya milk and rice cakes over and asked whether they had any - no, and they won't supply them either! They will still charge me for breakfast though! Again, c'est la vie. At least I could eat the cornflakes, drink the tea and orange juice and use the butter and jam. Once breakfast was finished, our plan for the day was to go into Nieuwpoort, check out the supermarket, ...
