        ... home made cookies. That was a treat! We rested for a little while and then walked around the town. Houses are East coast style, but they are kept intact. The town's vibe is very relaxing and welcoming. Everyone greets you with a smile! That night, we decided having dinner at Cafe Beaujoleis. I got Sturgeon and Tom got a delicious Chicken. But the highlight was the chocolate lava cake we got for dessert.

        ... out of a large shell and given my Denverite lack of sea knowledge asked what he was doing. He told me all about Abalone, what he was cutting, and how to catch and prepare them.         ... 1 on the way into Fort Bragg. Without their stop today the guys would have suffered big time and they know that they owe the gals....big time! It was even more important today as the riding and traffic was more challenging than any day of the ride so far.
