    ... around 10am and was greeted by his dog, Lucy (also my grandmas name!!). She is a 4 year old beagle/security guard for Jim! Lucy was pretty protective over Jim and it was pretty cute. He said she isn’t so good with visitors and is a bit jumpy….she came over to us several time just to sniff us but wasn’t keen on being petted yet….maybe next time.

    Today we arrived in Jamestown, home of the funniest lady ever, Ms Lucille Ball. After booking into our motel, we made our way to the Lake View cemetery, which was very close to where we were staying to visit the grave of this great lady.     We thought it would be a nice full circle if we camped again in upstate New York toward the end of our trip, so we found Allegany State Park in the southern tier of the state.
