    ... kept us toasty all night with temps in the low 40’s outside!

    Out at 8:30AM to catch the bus to the Glacier Skywalk. I have to admit it was scary taking those first few steps out onto the glass floor 915’ above the canyon floor below. Speaking with an employee there, he told me that this was different from the Skywalk at the Grand Canyon. Here, the top floor glass can be easily replaced when it become too scratched.     ... resort eating the sandwiches from the bakery for lunch, I could hear this spitting noise coming from behind me and, being a curious character, I wandered over to find that the electrical wiring on the side of the resort building was on fire.     I did my Harley Davidson ride !!.. Decked out in leather and looking very much the the Bikie Chick we headed off into the Jasper National Park.
    The wind in my hair it was really, really COOL!!!!
    I will let the pictures to the talking on this one......BTW my driver Rob was rather nice and pleasure to have to hang onto on the ride back:)

    ... to catch his bus to Banff, loaded up with rucksacks! My visit to Jasper coincided with the Dark Skies Festival, with this area being the largest inhabited dark skies preserve in the world. But alas Saturday night was more like the cloudy skies festival! I did make up for it later in the week however, when I stayed at Pyramid Lake Resort.
