For those who may not know, I am a great lover of Woodstock, the music festival held over 3 days in August 1969. I really believe that those people showed that peace, love and communal care - along with a massive dose of really cool music make for a great world.So, a pilgrimage for me to Bethel Woods (only 90 minutes from NYC) to the site of the concert and the fantastic museum that is now there. ...

Some young kids talk with such maturity, it is hard to believe how young they are, and then suddenly they break out in Christmas carols and the little person that they are becomes so apparent.

... as we had to see Yale. We arrived there and fed the parking meter for 1 hr. Unfortunately it was a 10 min walk to the start of Yale so we only saw the library that jess told us to see and other buildings on our walk. It was stunning architecture and I loved the feel of the university campus. Had to walk quickly back to the car, and luckily wasn't booked. We were only 5 mins late. We got an early start this AM, thankfully. The Hussy, having a mind of her own, took us to a very nice looking socker field, filled with excited youngsters and yawning adults. With the able assistance of the Ozzie Chick, we made it to Westfarms Mall. We got here early for the" Genius" appointment. I sit and wait and write. Lynnie has hit a few exclusive shops looking for bargains, to wit, Brooks Brothers has three mens polos for only$ 129, plus tax, of course.
