We decided to go for a walk as the manager of the park told us it is only 2km to the coast from the park we are staying at, sure too easy this walk is................if you take the right way. We must have walked for over an hour before we finally came out on the coast and probably a good kilometre from where we should have come ...

So we head back to the Manarola settlement and decide to hop on the next train and get off at Coniglia and hike on from there to Vernazza. We stumble across a very busy and very special gelateria and in a country famous for delicious ice cream, this is pretty special indeed. We sit at the edge of the fountain and watch the queue and get on board the last bus back to the ship.

We cross our fingers and hope that this good weather will stay with ...

... again we found ourselves in a kind of culinary heaven, very happy to have found this little trattoria. Unfortunately, we didn't take pictures of the food, so you will just have to imagine... The following morning, after checking out of the hotel, we went out in search for coffee and some lunch before heading to our next destination. Unfortunately, as I mentioned, this was a Sunday, and nearly every business in town was closed up for the day of rest. We did manage to find ...
