... not unhook the camper from the truck. After many phone calls and four other campers helping me one of the guys figured out a way to by-pass the controller and about five hours later (9:00pm) we got set-up, camper leveled and slides out, whew what a day. It took me longer to get set-up then it did to drive from Ohio to St. Louis. So it's Sunday the 7th and we are putting things away hooking up everything and actually enjoying our new camper. ... essential for most service oriented staff to survive, if you're in a foreign country please try to find out how things work before you go. We don't tip in Australia and I must admit when I first went to the US I felt awkward about tipping but now I do it without thinking about it.

... we went to Pappy’s Smokehouse, a famous bbq joint that was featured on the Food Network a couple years before. We had ribs, brisket, pulled pork, beans, sweet potato fries and potato salad. It was very good.

We thought we would pop by the zoo for the evening since it was not too far away, but when we got there they said it closed at 5pm so we just missed it. We were all pretty tired so decided to go back to the hotel and the ...

... went to the Old Spaghetti Factory which was very good - and it was on the corner of Morgan and Clamorgan street!! After we walked forever back to the RV, we drove to Anheuser-Busch, the company name for Budweiser! We took a free tour of the bewery, which was pretty entertaining. We even got to see the famous Clydesdale horses! Tonight we are staying in a campground before we drive for hours ...

Today Connor went to the doctor to get his 8th grade physical and his shots for our mission trip ... makes my stomach flip just thinking about it. So he went in with the understanding he would need two shots .. Hepatitis A and Tetanus. To his pleasant surprise the nurse said his Tetanus was up to date! Out ...
