Also as I am not technically leaving the EU as yet I wasn't sure if this is where I should have been having the forms stamped. There are no fixed pews in the body of the church, just small quite rickety-looking wooden chairs (looked like the ones we had at primary school), and each had what looked like a hand-stitched kneeler on the back for prayer time – some had family names on them so I wonder if they were for regular parishioners.
