... you need to keep yourself in check, even though this man was by no means personally respectful or kind with any of his thoughts towards me. This is how he feels and he probably has some good reasons for saying the things he said in the way he said him, even though they may not all be true, he's a human being and his thoughts are worth listening to, and truly listening not just brushing off all he said. I don't have to agree with it or be personally hurt but it's good ...

I ate with a woman named Robin who absolutely loves politics. She says that's her hobby. Pretty cool ...

We started out our day with warm delicious cinnamon rolls from a St. James bake sale with fresh fruit and eggs. Then we headed out to Restart. We got there pretty early, traffic wasn't as bad as we thought it might be, so we hung out in a meeting room for a bit and waited for our coordinator, Sammy. She started us out with putting letters in envelopes and giving us some background information on the organization. They really focus on transitional and ...

      Jack Stack BBQ

... in one bite. The burnt ends did not disappoint and were almost as tender as the prime beef rib. They didn’t taste burnt at all despite their name. They were basically like pulled pork in square form except better. There was literally no sauce needed for anything here but the regular BBQ sauce gave the meat a sweeter taste that sat easy on the palate and went down smoothly. The spicy sauce was the same except for a slight kick that began about halfway ...
