... As was a lot of Cooperstown.

Left around noon and went over to the James Fennimore Cooper Art Museum. There we saw a wonderful Indian artifacts. Perhaps a little disappointed that they did not tell the story of James Fennimore Cooper and history of Cooperstown. Next was a stop two thrift stores where we picked up a few little ...

Stopped at Clarksville Green, PAto visit Maryknoll Seminary Dave attended back in 1965. At the age of 14, planed to become a priest, glad he didn't take that path. Maryknoll seminary has been turned into Summit University. Brought back ...

It is *************struct our itinerary a month later - it seems longer somehow.

After debating what to do: Adirondacks or Leather-stocking Land, we decided to head to Cooperstown because the fall foliage might be closer to peak whereas in the mountains of the Adirondacks and Catskills, it was now past peak.

I drove through Amsterdam - the city nearest to my home town of Perth - and pointed out some of the oddities of Amsterdam's ...
