    We got up early and packed the RV up....which sounds simpler than it is, not complicated, but you got to secure everything down, crank down the TV antenna, unhook the water line, unplug the electric hookup, drain your tanks...this site had a sewer hookup right at the campsite. Couple more days of this and it will just be routine! Questions I ask these days are..."do the water pumps get their power from the battery or the propane when we aren't plugged ...

    ... Trail. I checked out the Aqueduct ruins and the rebuilt Change Bridge before setting out at 9 am..

    There were a few little villages, more bridges and locks. At one point the whole canalway trail was cleared of vegetation so you could see the canal very clearly. That was a definite plus.

    ... my warm car to eat the baby cone with 3 scoops of coffee, almond fudge ice cream. The girl there offered me a dish so I ended up with a dish of ice cream with an upside down cone on top ... just like the other people.

    After a nice hot shower, I felt much better and crawled up onto my high bed, read a little and then went to sleep. I think my ride was at least 30 miles. MapMyRide says 30 but the signs would have had it as 36 I think.

    ... what we got was mainly American music. Some of that might have been the touristy places we visited, but even the local/authentic restaurants and enotecas (wine bars) that we stumbled into were playing American music. In Alba, the least touristy place we visited where we heard very little English being spoken, was still filled with music all in English.
