Our first few hours in Barcelona were spent in the baggage claim of the airport, sleeping on a bench. Our flight had arrived at the awkwardest hour of exactly midnight. Navigating the big new city at night and checking in at midnight seemed unattractive, so we plopped on a bench and tried to sleep. We got in about 4 hours before security came and kicked us out. 7:50 bags to bus, breakfast at 8. Breakfast was highly disappointing. This hostel fails in general. On the road at 8:30. Stopped off at the Pont de Gard. The beginning of the water/sewer systems. I am looking forward to my own bedroom where I won't have to listen to any more of this nonsense. Grose. Leah and I spent a ...

... pointed boots), before heading back to the hostel. After some general bumming around, it was time for yet another awesome dinner cooked by the staff at the hostel; countless amounts of omelettes with onion and potato, on top of small pieces of bread with some amazing sauce (can’t remember what it was called). Food was definitely needed to line our stomachs for what lay ahead for the rest of the night. We were told that the best night to go out in Barcelona ...
