... I mean anything from a flat out point to the ones that are really long but have pointy square toes. If you wear them, you look like a f*cking elf, and no one will take you seriously. And if you wear them with jeans you look like an elf who's trying to be stylish but failing miserably. Solution? Square toe, or round toe, and nothing else. I'll give anyone who owns a pair like an inch to an inch and a half of leeway past their toe, but anymore than that and they incur my ridicule.

Ill be able to come back loads for the day on the bus but im just not comfortable where im staying. Anyway i go on the website for the last hotel i was at and get a really good rate for 2 nights and book the 3rd night on the phone - and feel a lot happier. Ill ...

Hard to believe that we actually crossed the 5000 miles of the Pacific. Makes us realize how large and beautiful the world is. Found a grocery and stocked up on some breakfast “wheat biscuits” and tea. Neither of us is feeling well so plan on an early night. G’day, mate!
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia marwilt... landscape and what a journey in that van. Funny thing about the blue mountains is that the climate shifts completely. It is much cooler than in Sydney and the minute the sun went down it was freezing - 4 degrees at night in a van with a ****** mattress is an interesting experience. We had a good time though and did some great hikes....however the 200 meter altitude difference (Hoehenmeter) we had to cover via ...

It needed to have plenty of down time so that we could just enjoy being with each other but ideally be somewhere beautiful and interesting. The places that were attracting me most were the Dordogne in France and San Sebastian, Spain-thanks mostly to the wise words of people on this board – especially Zeppole and StCirq for their inspirations (different of ...
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia unamica... back Aussie, didnt ask for our tickets but he said to us "hmm, four of you. I only have three seats left because I picked up someone else on the way!" But, he did fit us into the minibus which had "Da Bus" written on the side!
Our trip to the Blue Mountains included a small walk to get to the viewpoint to look at the Three Sisters range, a larger walk with 900 steps through the rainforest in the Jamieson Valley. After taking the steps down, it did mean you had ...
So i've packed up college and i leave Sydney early tomorrow morning- 18 hr flight via Auckland to Santiago, where i'll go crash at Claudia's house and frantically try and squeeze in a viewing or two of apartments before i fly out to Sao Paulo at 8am the ...
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia u4408492Today we went on a trip to the blue mountains, around an hour outside sydney. I am so glad we did this as it was one of the most interesting and scenic places of our trip so far. It is called the blue mountains as it is a forest area covering an area slightly smaller than Beligium. It is filled with eucalyptus trees which emit a bluish haze ...

As the airport and ground comes into view, the big bird suddenly lands with one almighty thump – a thump that is expected from such a plane – and braking also takes just as long. After 12hours and 25minutes of actual flying time, we’re finally into LAX but the sad thing is I really don’t want to get off this plane!!
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia alanchu... in total and had a delicious cold buffet with oysters, huge crayfish that David (brother) had caught, the biggest tiger prawns I have ever seen, a couple of whole Tasmanian salmon, turkey, ham, salads etc. etc. all finished off with a hot xmas pudding that was 2 years old and full of booze. David found it very strange to have a hot Christmas Day and a cold Christmas lunch! It was also a FIRST EVER time where my I, my mother ...
