On Tuesday morning we drove over to Dollar Car Rental where we said our goodbyes to Allie and Monica (who both brought Diego to the airport and then flew back to NYC) and subsequently said hello to our new car Rhodes. ... the worst. It should have been in pieces. This may have well been a Trek commercial because the bike rolled true even after this unfortunate asphalt thrashing. After all the excitement, we fixed the bike rack, made sure the pin was locked and continued "home" for some sleep.
