      Aujourd'hui ce termine mon aventure en Italie! Mais quelle aventure de reve! La quantites de choses que j'ai apprise, les idees que j'ai acquises et surtout les gens que j'ai connu ont fait de ce voyage un moment inoubliable ! I just left Milano where I took my last course of coffee and I loved it !       ... building at about 12:02. Parking in Europe is rather comical, you can essentially park anywhere that has open pavement, or is somewhat out of the way. Remember all of the cars here are tiny, so they jam those little cars into tight spots everywhere. We drove up & down the street two times before finding a spot. Then ran to the front desk to alert the receptionist of our arrival. We were in the wrong building! Thank goodness the front desk woman spoke english, and was able to ...

      Museum at Academia for a bit of culture- lots of painting of last supper that were rescued(?) from churches in town. Some really old 14c stuff and some more recent restored items. Amazing brushwork and huge alter pieces some with bible stories that were new to me. Spent arvo wandering lanes and canals. Pizza at same restaurant. ...

      ... huge, and it was good to show the kids the building that was SMALLER than the caves we had visited a few days ago.

      Then, we faded - finally, we found a cafe for everyone to have something to eat. A cruddy railway station breakfast, and an average on-board cafe lunch, and we were ready for something yummy!
