... a long and exposed paddle down a river with nowhere to land, I didn't fancy it. It was one thing doing it on a lake where I could keep getting in and out, but I am not that good at prolonged exposure to the sun (not to mention hard exercise). Owen gladly wimped out too and we waved off Andy and Ethan and went back to the condo via the fresh lemonade stand. Later we pick them up. They have had a great time but they look exhausted. Today (Monday), I have met a guy from Prague who has hiked pretty much every trail on Kauai within 15 days. He had some great pictures to show.
If I ever come back to Hawaii in my life, I would definitely do the full Kalalau trail including camping, too.

... waiting vehicles. We walked out of the National Park and the size of the advocates that were in the trees and on the ground we massive, Andrew got a picture of me with one. We travelled for around ten or so minutes to a walk to our waterfall. When we got out we saw this is the same place they take zip lining. They have a stuffed pig, a cam net and some military gear with bullets jammed into the wood to look all war like. We walked down hill for around ...
