After about 15 minutes on the train, we were in Delft. Delft doesn't really put it's best foot forward at the moment. They are building a new train station at the moment, so using the old one involves a long passage through construction barriers. The office used to be a cathedral and then was converted to a hospital and eventually into ...

Luckily most people will hear us talking English (again were loud) and just not even bother with Dutch and just hand us English menus and took our orders in English (Not complaining!) After all the food, coffee and just general walking around (I use up so much more energy coz of my bad leg:/) I just wanted a bed lol but as soon as we got home at around 3pm I started IM'ing my friends and ...

... the Emirates lounge and settled in for a snack and a bit of play time. hot dogs, popcorn, ice cream and fruit salad were the order of the day. All too soon, we were back on another Emirates A380 for the 6 1/2 hour leg to Amsterdam, this time with a window seat and daylight. Another breakfast (and yes it ate most of it!!), more movies, lunch and of course absolutely charming all of the flight attendants to the point where they all knew ...
