    ... Is this Taormina?" 'NO! No Taormina' says the driver grumpily, but never bothered to say what stop is actually was so this was repeated at each stop until we finally pulled into the bus station in Taormina. Phew. Think we will stick to trains.

    I'm the first diner in the place which is bright and clean. I order a bottle of mineral water and a half bottle of local red wine.
