Couldn't believe that out neighbour had parked in front of the gate. The only car in the street, the only gate in use. When the car was packed, including basil, knocked on her door. She knew immediately. Arrived back downstairs to find Paul talking to our Italian friend who'd been to Australia. In between all this, managed to lock the keys in the apartment before unlocking the gate.....neighbour to the rescue. Then the autostrada. North.
