... have it downstairs, that doesn't seem to be the case. Perched at the top of the stairs is the "best" reception, with difficulties downloading photos or anything other than basic email.

There is a real log fire in the lounge, and the landlord promises to clean it out daily and restart it for us late afternoon. Definitely a plus. Know how much work goes into maintaining one of those.

Luxembourg. Since it was on our way back to Switzerland we decided to check it
out. Our route took us through the Ardennes to a small village called
Kautenbach. The area is beautiful and our campsite was nestled into the bottom
of a valley and surrounded by forested mountains on all sides. The campsite was
very pretty and comfortable, but being at the bottom of a valley was pretty
cold as well.

This has gone for 75 years, where the quarry gives 200 kilos of blue stone for an artist to come to their town an sculpt a sculpture in four weeks. Left for belgium this morning. Just entered the french speaking country and I read about some caves in liege, belgium that I will try to find. And then onto brussels.. an intereting thing in europe is all the public bathrooms cost money to use... here are some pictures of the roads. ... into Belgium to get to Bastogne. Off I went and the roads were great...I was off the major freeways and on small country byways....through rolling french hills.....it didn't take long to notice I was getting close. it seems my route followed the 1916 front line..... so out of the blue memorial after memorial popped up....in the middle of farm fields, side of the road, on hills....they are every where.
