... our second to last stop. Last stop was the Casino, where we enjoyed a drink and watched sun slip into the sea. Darwin is famous for its spectacular sunsets. ... with only a few towns to pass through and we pretty much motor on through. We have been to Katherine Gorge before and don't intend to visit it again this trip. On the way we hear that a horse that sister Lyn and Zolly have an interest in has made the field for the Darwin Cup so we decide to move onto Darwin a bit quicker. We can always pop into Kakadu or Litchfield National Parks on the way back if we wish.

I will describe Friday because it was mundane. We undertook and completed the following tasks:

1. Drop Meredith and boys at airport.

2. Get Jeremy an iPod for his birthday.

3. A few work phone calls.

4. Get electrics in camper fixed.

5. Do washing.
