We touched down in Dusseldorf which surprisingly is a very big airport and caught the sky train (which is a monorail where the train hangs underneath unlike the white elephant they had for many years in Sydney) from the terminal out to the Airport train station.T

... with kisses after a few minutes, then said a bunch of stuff in French that I didn't quite understand but knew it meant she had some type of emotional hangup (being a girl, she didn't need to tell me the given), and eventually left to go smoke with some big intimidating African guys.

In the morning, we took advantage of our last big, free breakfast and Tony scurried off to the airport, leaving only one super-shy, super-serious American English teaching assistant in Spain in the city of Brussels.

I won't bother talking about our second stint in Brussels other than to say it was bloody hot! 38 degrees that day but it could’ve been worse, I could’ve been at Rock Werchter out in the sun like Rod.
