... a friend of Neesa's that lives in Paris via Italy, whom she had met in Spain. He took us to a really cool bar, Tres Honore and the night truly began. From there we ended up at some "Members Only" club where a Russell Brand wanna be declined our admittance. I'm convinced it's because we had a man in tow... He redeemed himself by taking us to a speakeasy close by. It was behind the door of a doctor's office, but once inside it was a full bar and dance ...

... complete with garderobes, fireplaces, wells, beautifully worn steps leading up to the roof where the views were spectacular. Naturally, real estate was more than out of the price bracket of the ordinary working Australian (us)!

Following my moment of elevator intimacy with Madame Dupont I unlocked the apartment door ready to confront Madame Gomes over why she didn't answer the intercom etc. etc.

Madame Gomes quickly informed me that the house had lost electricity in the last hour which was the phone and internet were down. She had heard the intercom buzzing but thought it might be because of the electricity so she didn't pay attention to it.

... famous Venus de Milo (Aphrodite). She's the goddess of love a Greek original. Most "Greek" statues are roman copies. After seeing our two big ones we looked around and popes into other exhibits. Then we took the metro to the Eiffel Tower. We were going to go up to the top! Seeing the Eiffel Tower in the day time is just as beautiful. Maybe even better.
