... und haute mir 2 Eier in die Pfanne. Zu den Eiern bereite ich mir 3 Brotschreiben mit Käse vor. Darauf wieder die beiden hartgekochten Eier. Um den Hunger komplett zu stillen machte ich mir noch eine Scheibe mit Marmelade. Die daraus resultierende Energie sollte für den Vormittag reichen.
