... little lighthouse is used for small weddings and it is just beautiful. We then drove further south to Lake Cathie and then on to Bonny Hills. We stopped to take in the views at the top of Bonny Hills and surprisingly there were three hang gliders taking off just in front of us.

We then drove back to Port Macquarrie and had a drive and walk about to the beach, harbour, marina and settlement point. We were looking for somewhere ...

Alan's traumatic ten hour surgery was however very successful although optional chemotherapy was advised to mop up any possible remaining cancer cells. Alan did not get to the end of his treatment.
