    Ok we started the day in TN, VA, WVA, MD, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA. 9 states in one day. Thanks to the slave driver on a mission Nora.     ... achievements was to set aside a 40 mile long seashore preservation zone up the eastern side of the Cape as far as Provincetown which is almost at the tip.This provides general access to unspoiled beaches, dunes, and salt marshes.     ... which means they haven't changed for millions of years. On the way back to the holiday house we drove past lots of beach houses and they were all a similar style being grey colours and made from shingles. It was very interesting to see Cape Cod. Josie
