One last ride, Maple Mags & farewell, not goodbye.

A travel blog entry by mattchurch7 on Oct 18, 2015

... up 1 person from the night bus and giving the speech one last time. What will I do without my mini bus??? Sunday 18th and just the 1 person being dropped off for the early bus...me!!! I had dreaded the thought of this day for ages, but after 4 months I was moving on to actually do some travelling. We visited Hat Head in the hope of catching up with a cousin who lives there. Unfortunately they were not at home and I didn't have the correct mobile number. We also had planned to stay in the national park where we stayed 5 years ago, ...

Our first stop of the day was Bundjalung National Park which isn't like one you'd find in the UK or the States. It's more a huge road going through the park and you pick where you want to stop and then after you've walked through a little clearance of bushes your greeted by a beach. We stopped about 3 times along the road to see beautiful secluded beaches each with a different warning sign ...

We have just spent a glorious few days at Wooli with Kelven and Adele.. Catching up, eating and drinking, catching mud crabs on the river, supping, surfing at Diggers and Wilson's .. What a great start to our trip. There are a few caravan repairs needed however, after the loading up of the caravan: new shockies are in order. We are now in Grafton ...
