Breakfast was a delicious treat of fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, as well as hot food, eggs cooked to your liking and every kind of tea and coffee you could think of. Best of all, this was all served on a gorgeous terrace overlooking an amazing secluded cove. The sun was shining, there was a light breeze in the air, and there was the distant tune of birds singing ...

... and now Coffs Harbour, than I ever buy in Hobart. The day went quite quickly as we did spend a very long time sitting at the Market enjoying the band and all the dancers (some of them really shouldn't dance in public we've decided!!), and it was lovely to just relax in the sun. Funny thing though, is that the airport must be quite close to the Market, as we had many planes fly overhead, and they were so close to us, you could see the screws in the underbelly! Truly! Very loud ...
