We spent 3 nights camping by Sapphire beach just north of Coffs Harbour. Coffs, is a really beautiful stretch of coastline and it was great camping just a stones throw from the beach, with the roaring waves in the background.

... acres of a tropical paradise leading down to a lighted, grotto type swimming pool. We were greeted with a chorus from mating Kookaburra birds. Not pretty but most unusual. As the name suggests, the theme of the place, the art, the furnishings, the lighting are all Mexican. Our host invited us for a drink and we sat and chatted with another couple staying here.

... and some mutual admiration took place. We confessed having the bike falling, and the feel of it being dragged was the ultimate shared experience. So after a nice chat we said goodbye.

BTW she is Dutch, but that is the end of any similarity with Jan, because she is young and good looking and female. I didn't know Dutch are into surfing. Historically sea fairing, yes, but surfing? There is a theme here - last week is all French, and this week is Dutch.
