After several fantastic days in the Halifax area, we moved to Parker's Cove on the opposite side of Nova Scotia (the Bay of Fundy coast). We were picked to lead a group for this leg of the trip.

Stanley Lobster was next on the destination list. It is a place where you can choose your own lobster from the tank and then have it cooked for you. Although it wasn't opened when we visited I did get to meet Ernie who is quite the character and owner of Stanley Lobster.
