    ... on in the afternoon!...

    *** it is also amazing that we have been having temps over this side of the country of mid to high teens, cloudy & some rain. Whereas the other side (British Columbia, Alberta & Saskatchewan) are having high temps, actually has been 38*c in Kamloops, & there have been almost 4000 of forest fires throughout these Provinces! ***

    ... Royal - pretty historic town. We walked along main street and browes through the book store; a unique store with things of the past (I bought two licorice cigars and could have bought the candy cigarettes we used to get when I was younger); bought a pretty sundress at a dress and clothing shop; and went past Fort Anne which we had visited many times in the past ...

    ... and headed for Bridgetown to gas up at the ESSO there. Sometimes Eric has trouble to get gas into the RV since it seems airlocked - and this was the first time it acted this trip.

    Beside the the Esso was Nob's Farmer's Market so we took a look around in there. Beautiful flowers for gardens but not too many vegetables ...

    ... businesses had ones that matched their business and they were propped up in parks and along the street. We didn’t stop to take any pictures but I feel like I wouldn’t want to have been there at night when they all came alive and tried to strangle everyone.     ... through the town, we saw many places to eat Digby scallops. However, I had read online that O'Neills was the best place to get them, by the harbour side. We went in and chose a table. The staff were very friendly, and I ordered a half pound of sautéed scallops with fries, while JB went for the special of fish, fries and a quarter pound of sautéed scallops.
