I have no idea how to write about today. I could (and probably will) go through the logistics of it. What we did, who I did that with, the timeline, etc. My takeaway, however, was the emotion of it. We had been recommended to go the La Jolla Hotel by the group of San Diego pilots we had met while in Singapore. After meeting them in Singapore, they had said to contact them once we were in San Diego and they would make suggestions of things to do.
