... along the shore we found a place where lots of people seemed to be looking down at the ocean. The smell was terrible! Turned out it was sea lions that were sunning themselves, along with the birds that were hanging around waiting for leftover fish.



Further up the beach we stopped again and enjoyed a panoramic view of the ocean.

... are so close to the Mexican border that it feels like we are there! Of course our Mexican meal was followed by too many tequila shots, mojitos and fireballs!
