... immigration to come onto Canadian soil for customs and immigration purposes. We were asleep again
As is our usual, we took a secondary, rather than the main highway. When we got off the bridge, we thought we would just start checking on hotels. Guess what? ... and awesome. He set us all up with a rod each, two stands, his tackle box, ... he even offered us his clothing so we would be warm. He taught us how to fish, gave us tips on how to be the best, ie. how high the fish should be off the bottom, what kinds of fish are in the lake and how to make them choose our bait over the other free swimming food etc.

... a few wines so provided plenty of entertainment during the meal. Quite a normal occurrence apparently. After the tour of the place I was given my own room with a double bed! Sounds silly but I was so excited about spending a whole week in a proper bed :) Next day we were straight into it. The massive thunderstorm the night before had cleared the air and lowered the temperature which made for great riding conditions.
