Unfortunately this plan would take years and the shopkeepers couldn't wait that long to rebuild. So they built the "main" entrance on the second floor and a temporary entrance on the first floor. After we hopped on the monorail, we walked over to find a
bus, it was an underground bus stop, we soon discovered, and we bought return
tickets to the university, which is the University of Washington.
I was looking forward to seeing the university campus,
because I had not been to one yet in the US and I had heard that the University

... The movie was pretty good, but it would have been better if the seats moved. After the movie, we walked around on a boat dock for a half hour and looked at the boats and just hung out. It was actually sunny and nice - very un-Seattle-like! Then, we headed to dinner. We ate at a steakhouse called Daniel's Broiler. The food was really good! We drove further north to another nice park on a beach and could see across Puget sound to islands.
The day was finshed with dinner at Maccas and a couple of hours play in the indoor play zone.
We all had so much fun!!!
