I was at a loose end. I still couldn't get hold of Craig and it was time to decide what to do. Logic dictated that if I were to take advantage of my time in New Zealand, I should catch a bus out of town and have a look at the supposedly fantastic countryside or take a chance that I might be able to get in touch with Craig.
