... Any time your on the road you have to look out for those hazards. Especially if your lower to the ground like we are. Anyway it turned out to be a very wet day and nice ride.

We spent our second day heading on down to Illinois. We stopped in Hobart, IN to ride another Rails to Trails called Prairie Duneland Trail. We rode 15 miles through lush, green lands and had lunch at a cute place called Tate's.

... About half of the 2200 employees are Amish. The Jayco Company orientated with the brainstorm/dream of an Amish family in their barn. It is now in it's 3rd generation, Next stop was an Amish Cheese factory and we all did justice to the samples. This paid off for the store as we left with a cheese purchase. The wind finally died down in the late evening so we once again got to sit out by the campfire.  While that was pleasant, Wendell and I both are questioning whether the insect bites were worth it.
