This is probably something that I should have put in the first entry, but oh well! :) I haven't really written anything for "fun" or anything personal in a very long time. Thanks to my last few years at college, my writing has turned into a super formal, complicated style with lots of fancy, confusing words and phrases. These farms dominate the Northern Virginia, Shenandoah Valley landscape. I have grown up with family members farming and never really had an idea for the value of these animals, the value of the land they are grazing and the science of farming beef cattle-until today.

Karen's and Sharon's Day
I enjoy Vegemite toast for breakfast, then Sharon and I are off to the local hairdresser for my hair cut and colour, the red colour turns out great, we all know how getting a red colour at a hairdresser can go so wrong.

Manicure and Pedicure Spa treatments for both of us which were amazing. Then off for a girly lunch of soup and salad. I try to put my tray and dishes back at the end of our meal and drop the lot on the tiled floor. ...
