The region along the eastern side of the Blue Ridge
Mountains from Gettysburg, PA to Charlottesville, VA has been called the Land

These farms dominate the Northern Virginia, Shenandoah Valley landscape. I have grown up with family members farming and never really had an idea for the value of these animals, the value of the land they are grazing and the science of farming beef cattle-until today.
