Pont du Gard visit
... where the water used to flow, it was a bit small but it was very cool. Just before we left we had an amazing lunch at the restaurant "Les Térasses" we had 3 courses and they were all very delicious! We were almost the only ones on the site and it felt we had a private tour and the whole Pont du Gard for ourselves.

A Walk Around Avignon
On our third day in Avignon we didn't have to be up at our usual bright and early 7o'clock, instead we got to sleep in until 9 before setting off on our tour of Avignon. Our tour guide Sylvia took us on a fun 2hour roundabout of Avignon. We explored everything from the amazing viewpoints the city has to offer, to an ancient catholic church still standing after ...
We cooked our lunch!
... of the kitchen and the second group did exactly the same thing. For dessert we all enjoyed an brownie with Hazelnut whipped cream garnished with orange and lemon peels. The afternoon was more relaxed with shopping in the old town. We ended the day with a short drive to Avignon. Our Avignon hotel is very nice, but Oh boy! it took us 1 hour and a half to check-in. We have met the most un-efficient person at he reception, wait for the high season.....

Went to Arles with Hanna G. and had a wonderful, wonderful day!! We saw the Espace Van gogh, La Place Van Gogh, La Café La Nuit, and a Musée of contemporary art.
Plus, we were complemented by a local on our French prononciations/language :)
