You have to take the one or two opportunities that do come up in the game and make them your *****. Make something happen. No one remembers Average.     ... based on the real Venice with water canals that worked on the tide system. The problem here was not all the canals worked and the water didn’t flow through them properly. They ended up shutting down a lot of the canals but there is still 6 -7 that get used on a daily basis.
