          We left the dock area and drove through the only city on the island, Avalon. This is a tourist oriented town with lots of stores, restaurants, small hotels and bed and breakfast.           ... after the finalists are announced so instead of doing it tonight, we had 'family time'. In today's 'family time' the boys were proving their strength and discussing a variety of issues from Batman, Superman, Suicide Squad and other movies-to the swimsuit models they saw earlier in the day.           We departed Pleasant Lake a little after 6 a.m., May 13, arriving at DTW at 7:10. We departed DTW at 9:15 (DST), arriving at LAX at 11:03(PST). Gary met us at LAX and drove us to their house, about half an hour drive. I took an hour and a half nap, awakening refreshed, ready to adjust to the three hour time difference and getting up at 5 a.m. this morning!           Flight was good actually considering how little we payed for it, only slept a couple of hours so was slightly tedious but otherwise fine. Arrived to find s big old black pick up thing to drive us to the house where we were greeted by Mollies family who were all lovely then had a lovely dinner, fighting the jet lag off felt like a zombie for the rest of the night!
