... Keen to explore Canada’s culinary cuisine, I chose an elk burger, which was delicious, and can now say I’ve tried the local game meat. We started the day off gently with a swimming the hot springs. Pumped directly off sulphur mountain behind. A constant 40 degrees. It was hot, but very enjoyable. We got the gonadal up sulphur mountain and walked the last kilometre to the summit. Such amazing views. Hundreds of chipmunks everywhere but no mountain goats/bears or moose. ... a perfect spot and made a beeline to the Lake. By now it was after 3PM and the sun wasn’t at a great angle for pictures and it was also partly cloudy. We walked near the lake and took pictures. This truly is a remarkable location.

... and what a beautiful town it is full of history and now setup for skying and tourism.

We had a great Canada day with the girls partaking in street painting, tug-a-war, egg and spoon races and fairy floss (cotton candy they call it over here!).
