It's 4.15 when the alarm goes off. I need to be back on the road by 5 if I'm going to make it Cork in time for the fundraising concert in CSM at 13.10hr.

There's a big bowl of porridge waiting for me as I get back into my kind of smelly dress. It's not too bad but I can smell myself.

Finn hands me a big packet with sandwiches, fruit and actimel which I put into the bag with the Italian dessert I got last night after dinner to take with me on the road.
