... we made it, there were still people to come back but we were just happy we hadn't missed it! We both had a good nights sleep.

In total the trip from Krabi to Bangkok was 1000 Baht each about £20 each. Ok it wasn't the cheapest option but it was the comfiest and safest and i am happy to say we arrived on time with us and our luggage safe and sound!

... the lucky ones. With no extra space we literally had to do our best finding a bit of unused deck to curl up on and do our best to get some sleep. Not many of us got to actually lie down, it was a very long 6 hours.

It was off the boat and onto the bus, where I think pretty much everyone, exhausted, passed out instantaneously. What seemed like only 5 minutes later we dropped off at our destination. Perhaps unsurprisingly ...

... ourselves to the towny hang out, we were entertained by a Thai cover band singing only the greatest hits, including Bill Withers and a little Dave Mathews Band when things really got going. Definitely a good way to go out. We even almost got the number of our cute, possibly 14 year old waiter, but after Marge's awkward advances, he decided that someone else could serve the bill to our table. No number, only great memories.

Within an hour and a half we were stepping off onto the beautiful little island and wading our way through the crowds of hotel touts. ... to Phranang Cave that is a beautiful beach with a large cave at one end over which is a majestic cliff. A couple of private resorts are located along the beach however would not allow us access to their restaurants/cappuccinos.
