The Rothorn and Schynige Platte
... the 3 peaks (Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau ), an amazing ridge and smaller towns all around. On the way back down we stopped to let two very full trains go by – they definitely did not have a whole row to themselves! Anoop continued snapping pics like mad while I enjoyed the views all around. Day 3,ZURICH
I wake up, pack and head to the Geneva Gare Cornavin train station ready to leave by 9.00am for a 2 hour and 42 minute train ride to Zurich. Loud Water
... at a restaurant by our condo. I was going to get something called "Rumpsteak" on the menu, but instead, I just got some rösti. This rösti had an egg on it too!
We then went back to the condo and had Allison's birthday cake from the Coop (which was more like a loaf of chocolate bread).
And that was the end of another satisfying day.
