... his Mercedes stretch limo!! Not such a posh vehicle it was 20 years old and there was not an undented panel, but he got us there safely another group of 6 in a mini van had to stop half way as it had over heated!

Taormina was very quiet when we first got there and we walked along the main street to the viewing platform then slowly back and up to the Greco Roman Theatre that is the jewel in it's crown.

... High School that Lorraine attended. Following graduation from High School she traveled to Sicily, met her future husband, and has been living in Italy ever since. This morning we caught a C-130 {slow propeller cargo plane} to Sicily. We landed and found that there is a flight to Germany in a couple hours. Tomorrow there are five or so flights to the East Coast. We are going to forgo exploring Sicily and opt to catch a flight to the US from Germany, and return to explore Sicily some future summer.....Susan really wants to try ...
