... before we did anything we tried to call the bank again. Our euros were dwindling and the hotel front desk let us know that the airport shuttle and the river boat tour would only take cash, so we had to try again, and this time it worked! We finally connected with telephone banking and the lovely Linda at CIBC customer service lifted the fraud hold on our account for exactly 15 minutes so we raced from our hotel room to the street ATM.
