A travel blog entry by eoinfitzy on Mar 18, 2015

We slept in till about 2pm and we just couldn't face another daytime party. We were all pretty hungover so we decided we would go for some food in Bubba Gumps. What a stupid decision it turned out to be. We got the bus down but got off way too early and had to walk for 20minutes to get there. Wouldn't have mattered too much but it was absolutely Mick Boylan and we had **** all energy. Ricky Gervais (that's Sheeno if your wondering) was delighted when we finally did arrive ...

... this trip, and deciding that Carolyn couldn't possible get us into any trouble - (not being able to go any faster than 30 km/hr,) put her life in danger as she handed over the driving responsibility to Carolyn. A decision that was often fraught with regret for Cathy as Carolyn was way too busy checking out the scenery to pay attention to the potholes, speed bumps and other obstacles along the way! Thankfully our only incident ...

Reflecting on our Central American journey

A travel blog entry by markjezek on Jun 12, 2014

... The best and most known is a Nicaraguan rum known as ‘Flor de Cana’ and super nice - a must try. This company has gone gang busters across Central America and is taking the market by storm.

  • Beaches - the beaches all across Central America are amazing. The Pacific side of the peninsular provide beaches with swell, and some of the most spectacular sunsets we have ever seen. For those surfing junkies out there, this is a must! On the other ...
