... to the end of the beach pretty much. The beaches themselves once you get on to them are absolutely incredible, after you've meandered your way through any gaps inbetween the imposing hotels that sit beside them.

I think I may have slightly underestimated the level of rays the sun actually kicks out down here in Mexico, and was probably a little bit too sparing with the suncream. We comandeered some sun beds outside one of the fancy hotels, and basically ...

... club 3 times, each time being told it was opening in an hour we decided to call it a night, not before belting out a couple songs. I'm gong to say it was lucky we're were singing in a different language, we knew it wasn't pleasant but didn't really care. The next day the only thing we wanted to do was go to the beach. It's awful, a shark should not keep being dragged out of the sea for photos, no wonder it appears so depressed. We leave not wanting to contribute ...

There were a few more temple visits in the last week in Mexico - Uxmal, Chichen Itza and Tulum. All very different and unique. Uxmal was pretty cool, quite spread out and we went to a light and sound show at ...

... the end we've been going to but it was ok for a swim and to sit on the sun beds provided. That night we headed out for dinner at a place we got a great margarita from a few days before called Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, we had coupons for 2 free drinks so we thought we'd use them and have dinner. It was a pretty good restaurant, the staff were friendly, the other patrons where not being loud and obnoxious like last time, the drinks were good ...
