Well from the outside of city there is a breathtaking view of the upper town but once you are in it I woudn't say the same. Still there is plenty to see wandering around the streets and lots of lovely churches to explore. But it's definitely not the best medieval town in Italy.

Abby and I left for Bergamo early on Saturday morning (4 am from our house exactly). We took a taxi to the airport. Once at the airport, we sat there for over an hour with nothing to do because apparently nothing in the Valencia airport is open that early. We hopped on a Ryanair flight and we were off. ... and getting lost. The ride was amazingly smooth and seemed to go much quicker than 3 hours. There was a guy on the train…American…who basically talked the entire ride. This guy knew everything. I felt sorry for the Italian guy sitting next to him! We arrived at the train station in Milan and the first two restaurants I saw were Burger King and McDonalds! Hello fine Italian dining!

... From there we apparently had kebabs which I didn't like much, as evidenced by my throwing the kebab across the kitchen. I was then found having a fight with a black guy. Quiet night really.
